I work with individuals who struggle with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues by providing services that span from therapy for trauma and abuse to helping people navigate life transitions. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to the individual needs of each of my clients to help them attain the changes they are seeking.
I am a trauma-trained therapist with more than 13 years of experience with direct work in the field. I have specialized training in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and other trauma-based treatments focused on treating trauma through the body.
I also incorporate aspects of mind-body treatments to treat the whole person. To offer these complementary treatments, I am a registered yoga teacher with specialized training in therapeutic, trauma- sensitive yoga as well as mindfulness and Integrative Restoration (iRest) Guided Meditation (Level 1 teacher).

Forms of payment and insurances (for therapy services):
I accept BCBS, UHC/Optum, and am a certified out-of-network provider for Tricare select. Private pay is also an option that many clients elect as this helps ensure privacy as there are no inquiries, audits, or limitations from the insurance companies.
